Terms and Rules of Investing Agreement

You must agree to all terms before you become an investor. Please print this page for your records and sign it in order to expedite this agreement. Mail a signed copy along with your check or money order to:

I _________________________________________________(Known as the investor) am now an investor in "Pamela's Raw Organic Candy" for the duration permitted within this contract. My investment of $___________________ will incur a 15% profit within two years and continue to grow at 1% a year if not paid within the two year time period. The funds will be invested with "Pamela's Raw Organic Candy" for a minimum of two years starting on the first day the funds has been received. When the two year anniversary has been reached the funds will be paid back in full with 15% interest. If "Pamela's Raw Organic Candy" fail to repay the funds within the two year time period, 1% interest will be added each year until the funds are paid.(The investment could grow into a bigger profit for the investor if kept for a longer period of time.)

The investor agree to not take legal action against "Pamela's Raw Organic Candy" in order to receive funding before the two year period is up.

The investor agree to give "Pamela's Raw Organic Candy" six months to make payment after the two year term has been reached. If payment is not made at that point 1% interest will incur.

After the term of four years you may write a letter to terminate your investment at anytime. All funds will be refunded at a reasonable time period and payment schedule agreed upon by both parties.

At no time will the investor try to interfere with the business function or other business matters of "Pamela's Raw Organic Candy".

"Pamela's Raw Organic Candy" here by agree to offer a free box of candy per month to all investors through the duration of the investment term until all funds have been paid back in full.

"Pamela's Raw Organic Candy" will not divulge any of the investor's personal information to any other party. All records will be kept private and confidential.

"Pamela's Raw Organic Candy" has the right to terminate this agreement at anytime and make changes to this agreement at anytime.The investor will be contacted if any changes are made.
